Join Startupfest’s dynamic team as the Assistant Content Manager

The organization:

Startupfest is an international event for the startup community that gathers more than 6000 participants each summer in the Old Port of Montreal. This year, Startupfest will be held at Parc-de-Dieppe, July 10-14th, 2018.

Part time (May to mid-June), becomes full time ( end of June through mid-July).

– familiarity and comfort with tools and apps like powerpoint, dropbox, excel, google drive, wordpress, etc
– ideal candidate is fluently bilingual and can communicate in both French and English

Responsibilities may include

– communicating with and scheduling speaker logistics
– speaker website management
– travel booking
– document preparation
– powerpoint management
– on site greenroom preparation
– stage management
