Hilary Kilgour (she/her)

Hilary leads operations,growth and experience for Female Funders, an investor accelerator program for experienced female leaders who are curious about joining the world of angel investment.
Equal parts connector,catalyst and instigator; she specializes in working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture, and systems transformation. Hilary previously served as the first Regional Director of We, and held diverse leadership roles with Hootsuite, lululemon, Grouse Mountain, and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. Hilary was selected among 2018 Clean50 Emerging Leaders and Corporate Knights’ Top 30 under 30 Sustainability Leaders, for her leadership in scaling global organizations that offer disruptive systems level solutions.
A sought after advisor, she’s worked with leading organizations, including Google, Virgin Atlantic, Microsoft, the Mayo Clinic, Export Development Canada, Disney Interactive, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Pinchot University, focused on organizational leadership and the built environment. She completed her BA from Queen’s University as an All-Canadian varsity athlete.
