Manon Brouillette

President and Chief Executive Officer, Videotron

Since 2013, Manon Brouillette has been President and CEO of Videotron, which includes Videotron Business, Videotron Le Superclub, 4Degrés data centers and Fibrenoire. Since joining the organization in 2004, Manon has distinguished herself through her unifying leadership, innate business acumen and remarkable strategic vision. Together with her team of 6,500 home-grown talents, she pursues the mission of providing Quebecers with the best possible telecommunications and entertainment experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing communications from Université Laval, from which she graduated in 2013. In addition, she completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Western Ontario's Ivey Business School. Until October 2017, Manon Brouillette sat on the Board of Directors of European group SFR. She now sits on the boards of Altice USA and École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS). She is also first vice-president of the board of the Quartier de l'innovation de Montréal. Her career path has been rewarded with several awards: Stratège de  l'Association des professionnels de la communication et du marketing (2006), Growth Award from the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (2007), Gloire de l'Escolle medal from the Association des diplômés de l'Université Laval (2013), Mercure Leadership Germaine Gibara from the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (2014); in addition, she was named one of Canada's 100 Most Powerful Women (2014, 2016) and received a Femmes d'affaires du Québec award in the "Private Company Leader" category (2016).
